About Samantha

I’m a certified S2C practitioner with over 15 years of experience in education and more than 20 years walking alongside families impacted by autism. Supporting non-speaking individuals isn’t just part of my professional life — it’s something I’ve been deeply committed to for decades.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in classrooms, collaborated with families, and advocated for students who deserved more access than they were being given. Over and over, I’ve seen how often non-speaking individuals are underestimated. I believe we have misunderstood competence for far too long.

I believe inclusion means more than physical presence. True inclusion means access — access to communication, to academic content, to relationships, to dignity, and to the supports necessary to make all of that possible.

S2C aligns with what I’ve always believed: that every individual deserves the opportunity to express their thoughts, share their intelligence, and be fully known.

I’m 37 and live in Florida, where you’ll usually find me near the water when I’m not working with families. I love the beach, collecting shark’s teeth, and spending time with my friends and family. I bring that same grounded, steady energy into my work — patient, observant, and always presuming competence.

It’s an honor to support families on this journey.
