Welcome to

One Letter at a Time

We provide intentional, motor-based practice in reliable communication for non-speaking and unreliably speaking individuals using the Spelling to Communicate (S2C) method — grounded in the belief that competence should always be presumed.

A woman and a young man are sitting at a table in a library or classroom, looking at a tablet. The woman has long, wavy hair and is wearing glasses on her head and a patterned blouse. The young man has short hair, glasses, and is wearing a black shirt. There are bookshelves, papers, a poster, and chairs in the background.
A woman with curly hair, sunglasses, a white t-shirt, pink pants, and white shoes sitting on a white chair by a window, holding a sign with large black letters. A young boy with short hair, wearing a blue tank top and patterned shorts, sitting on the windowsill, looking at the woman.
Two people sitting at a table, one holding a black board with the alphabet, and the other holding a pencil, in a room with papers, a remote, and a toy on the table.
A woman with curly hair in a bun wearing a blue hoodie sitting at a table with a young girl with shoulder-length brown hair. They are looking at a book together in a classroom setting with books and school supplies on the table.

My name is Samantha and I am a certified Spelling to Communicate (S2C) practitioner based out of Vero Beach, Florida. I am dedicated to supporting nonspeaking, minimally speaking, and unreliably speaking individuals as they build reliable communication and confidence. My approach centers on presuming competence, fostering autonomy, and creating a supportive environment where every speller’s voice is valued. I am passionate about helping families discover meaningful connection, agency, and possibility through purposeful motor learning and compassionate guidance.
